Financial Manager

Kim is responsible for all financial aspects of the entire agency. These include maintenance of all bank accounts, spreadsheets for each entity of the agency, and accounts payable and receivables. She is responsible for all grant activity within the agency. This includes maintenance of grant notebooks and requesting payments for all current grants. She works closely with a local CPA firm to coordinate a yearly audit, payroll, payroll taxes, and quarterly taxes for the agency regarding the IRS. Kim works with the Executive Director to prepare yearly agency budgets and all financial reports for the Board of Directors.

Kim received her Associates Degree in Accounting from Tri-County Technical College in 1990. While pursuing her degree, she worked full-time and attended college at night. Upon completion of her degree, she immediately went into an accounting position with a local retail company in Seneca. Then, she eventually accepted an accounting position with a local non-profit and worked for five years previous to her move to Foothills Alliance in 2002 as the part-time Financial Manager.

Kim is a native of Seneca and resides there with her husband, Tony and son, Trevor. She has a daughter, Erin, who is a college student. Kim enjoys being with her family and friends. She is very active in her church choir, Sunday school class, the AWANA program, and has had the opportunity to take part in many mission trips to Romania with her home church, Hepsibah Baptist, in Seneca.
